Things I’m Loving Lately

Phew, we made it to another Sunday.

Things have been a little rough around here for the past few weeks (I got a nasty stomach bug followed by a head cold and just felt like I wasn’t 100% myself for two straight weeks), but I am FINALLY back in my groove and feeling goooood.

Last weekend we had the ultimate slumber party with my 3-year old niece and two of my sisters (all crammed into our tiny apartment, no less), and this weekend the gang was back at it with a group trip to an arcade with my Dad + cousin in tow, too.

Today Kevin and I are driving across the state to visit our old hometown, go for a hike, and stock up on spring produce at Atlas Farm, so I’m leaving you with some of the products, recipes, and articles around the internet that have been getting me excited lately.

Things I'm Loving Lately

This Week’s Favorites Are:

These ultra meaty looking Asada Mushroom Tacos.

Spring Lentil Salad with Roasted Asparagus & Potatoes. Bring on all the local asparagus!

Ultra Creamy Coconut Butter. This one is the best quality + cheapest price I’ve found!

My Kindle. I fell out of love with it for a while but lately I’ve been bringing it everywhere and reading nonstop.

Extra Creamy Iced Coffee. (I’m cold brewing Equal Exchange’s Decaf and adding a tiny pinch of salt, a few drops of maple syrup, and a big glug of organic/grass-fed heavy cream. SO GOOD.)

Robyn’s thoughtful words on getting through grey days in life.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chewy Bars. NEEEED these in my life.

These, too: No Baked Oatmeal Cookie Bites

Craving Cucumber Salad like woah.

Loving these reusable produce bags. Goodbye, plastic! (they’re so easy to stuff into your purse or reusable grocery bags, and I love using them at the grocery store!)

Also using Bee’s Wrap instead of plastic wrap these days. We barely ever use plastic wrap, so this small pack is perfect for us!

Maple Syrup! It’s season is just coming to an end here in MA, so we’re stocking up for they year with our favorite local syrup (Bergeron’s from Leyden, fyi). They sell glass gallon jugs of it at Atlas Farm

That’s it!

I hope you all made some time to get outside on this gorgeous spring weekend!

XO,

Chelsea
