Tahini, Banana & Date Smoothie

A thick, creamy smoothie made with tahini, bananas, dates, and cinnamon.
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 medjool dates soak in warm water to soften if dates are very hard
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk of choice I used coconut milk, choose your favorite
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until fully pureed. In my Vitamix this takes about 1 minute, but it may take 2-3 minutes in a standard blender to get the dates completely pulverized. Pour into a glass, and drink! This smoothie is best when freshly made, though will last up to 24 hours in the fridge.
