Things I’m Loving Lately

Hey! Happy Sunday! We’re away celebrating our two-year wedding anniversary right now, but I thought I’d pop in to share some of the things that are getting me excited this week!

First, and most importantly, it’s finally blueberry season in Massachusetts! We’re spending the day stocking up on berries at Quonquont Farm, with the hopes of picking enough to fill the chest freezer for the winter. We also got married at Quonquont Farm, and had our wedding guests pick blueberries after the ceremony, so it’s a particularly special ritual for us.

I hope you all get to spend some time with the ones you love today, and enjoy the sweet, juicy fruits of summer!

This Week’s Favorites Are:

United By Blue Tees + Tanks. They’re all made from 100% organic cotton, are designed to be ultra durable, and for every purchase made UBB removes 1lb of trash from our waterways! They’re also super soft, cute, and comfy! I’m wearing this tank top right now!

This fabulous “Fight Ignorance Not Immigrants” Tee from Assist the Resistance. I have it in white, and love that they’re printed on Alternative Apparel Tees, which are made from sustainable materials and fair labor! I wear a Medium and after washing and drying it fits perfectly!

This cherry pitter is making my life so much easier during cherry season! It’s one of the only single-use gadgets in my kitchen but I am totally in love with it!

Ice cream: like this and this and this and this and this. Clearly, I’m obsessed.

Our classic Coleman Tent: it’s perfect for an easy summer camp set-up and has lasted for years!

Also, these little Coleman camp cots are perfect for times when an air mattress isn’t an option. We’ve also used them as guest beds in our house and they’re just great to have around! Small, foldable, and comfortable enough for a few nights’ sleep.

Keeping a bottle of this sunscreen in our bags all summer long because, HOLY PEANUT BUTTER my legs are so burned from last week’s day at the beach that it hurts to site and I’m never leaving the house without a thick layer of sunscreen again.

Speaking of peanut butter, these Salted Dark Chocolate Date Peanut Butter Cups look like such a fun take on classic PB cups. I’m definitely making a batch this week!

SALADS: We can’t stop eating them on these hot days. Try my White Bean + Tortellini Pasta Salad with Lemon Basil VinaigretteFeta Pesto Pasta Salad with Arugula and Sun-Dried TomatoesBarley Salad with Grilled Eggplant, Feta & MintStrawberry Avocado Caprese Salad, or Summer Kale Salad with Spicy Granola.

Learning to draw all the cutest things in life (donuts! tacos! popsicles! rainbows! cacti!) with this super fun doodle instruction book!

We just took this waterproof wireless bluetooth speaker kayaking and are totally obsessed with it! It’s $40 online, but we found it for $30 at Marshalls, just FYI.

That’s it! See you on Tuesday with a brand new recipe!

XO,

Chelsea
