I CANNOT BELIEVE THANKSGIVING IS THREE DAYS AWAY.

I think the fact that the holiday is so late in the month this year made it seem like it was never coming, and now that it’s finally here, I’m feeling entirely unprepared.

But, here we are. We made it through Thanksgiving Week with allllll the brand new thanksgiving recipes, and today I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes for thanksgiving; each and every one is made with simple, wholesome ingredients, and designed specifically to give you more time with your family and less time in the kitchen. They’re all on the healthier end of the spectrum, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they’re any less flavorful or holiday-worthy. I’ll be making several of them this year for my family and find that people always enjoy having some vegetable-centered options alongside an often extremely heavy, rich, filling meal.

Whether you’re making the entire feast yourself, or just bringing a single dish with you to a family gathering, I hope your Thanksgiving is full of good food and lots of love.
